Uganda Airlines set for direct flights to Johannesburg

NEW ROUTE TO BE LAUNCHED SOON ACCORDING TO THE AIRLINE’S TWITTER ANNOUNCEMENT

Uganda Airlines (www.ugandairlines.com) had earlier today for the first time made it official, what has already been rumoured among the aviation fraternity in Uganda.
Johannesburg will soon join the airline’s growing list of destinations with a direct flight out of Entebbe. The airline has yet to confirm the stop over enroute which will be either Lusaka or Harare, both also destinations eyed by the carrier.
The route will be served with a CRJ900, featuring a dual class cabin layout of Business – 12 seats – and Economy – 66 seats – capable to serve the route even on a nonstop basis.
Meanwhile does Uganda Airlines, out of Entebbe, already serve Juba, Bujumbura, Mogadishu, Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Nairobi and Mombasa.
