#Uganda’s Rhino Sanctuary reopens

ZIWA RHINO SANCTUARY REOPENS TO VISITORS

(Posted 10th June 2020)

The board of directors of the Rhino Fund Uganda, which is managing the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, has decided to reopen the conservancy for visitors after putting in place anti COVID19 measures required by the Ugandan government for physical distancing.
The information received from RFU suggests that prebooking is essential and that admission is subject to visitors showing compliance with government directives such as wearing face masks.
Amuka Safari Lodge, located on the sanctuary, has put special overnight offers into place so visitors can be sure that no curfew orders are violated and the drive to and from the sanctuary can be done outside curfew hours.
