ECOTOURISM KENYA ANNOUNCES DATE AND VENUE FOR ECO WARRIOR AWARDS 2014

Nominations for 15 categories of Ecotourism Kenya’s Eco Warrior Awards 2014 are ongoing and can be submitted to the organisation until the end of August.
The main event will then take place at the Sarova Panafric Hotel on the 09th of October this year when all the winners will be announced and honoured.
Details on how to nominate a company or individual of your choice can be accessed through ETK’s website via www.ecotourismkenya.org where interested readers can also read about ETK’s eco rating system, under which bronze, silver and gold statuses are awarded to safari camps, lodges and resorts which excel in green sustainable operating practices.
Ecotourism Kenya has audited dozens of properties which sought validation and presently has 12 gold rated, 52 silver rated and 32 bronze rated camps on their certification list.
