REUNION TOURISM SET TO WELCOME OVER 100 TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS TO THE ISLAND

Nearly a hundred professionals from South Africa, Belgium, France and Switzerland will this year again participate in the Challenge of Experts in 2015 which aims to provide adventure in both sporting and human terms. Six groups composed of twelve challengers were formed to form teams which will compete in a number of unique challenges. The teams will also have the opportunity to appreciate, by the way, the variety and richness of natural and cultural heritage that make Reunion a unique destination in the world.
The selections of the participants in this major adventure has been concluded by the Reunion Island Tourism (IRT) and the following travel experts were invited to this French Indian Ocean island:

The teams comprising those travel experts will be accompanied by a representative of the IRT, a representative of an airline, a hotel representative or a professional travel journalist but until the contest kicks off will the program of this be kept a closely guarded secret.
Experts Challenge 2015 is organized by the IRT in partnership with the Reunion Tourism Federation (FRT) and the network of the island’s tourist offices, airlines Air France, Air Austral and Corsair XL Airways, hospitality providers Boucan Canot Hotel, Hotel Hermitage Boutik, Iloha, Lux * Reunion Island, Reef, Hermitage Relais and Saint Alexis. These Reunion tourism stakeholders are getting ready to welcome those who promote and sell the destination every day in order to make them live the destination experience.
For the IRT, the Challenge of Reunion Experts represents five days to enjoy the riches of the island, in an explosive and yet friendly atmosphere! Far from the clichés of the tropics, Reunion Island is full of attractions and activities, both at sea, in the air and on land. Few destinations in the world offer as many options for relaxation as well as adventure, concentrated with a quality tourism services combining the latest comforts and technologies with and exotic destination and Creole culture and cuisine. According to IRT are tour operators and travel agents the best ambassadors of the island of Reunion which is why the IRT wants to help them discover Reunion in a completely new way, so that in turn, they give their customers the same desire to come to discover and to return time and again.
