KENYA WINS BIG AGAIN AT WORLD TRAVEL AWARDS INCLUDING MORE THAN A DOZEN CONTINENTAL AWARDS

Kenya has won big again at the first ever virtual edition of the World Travel Awards.
The country again bagged the top accolades for Africa as Africa’s Leading Destination, for Africa’s Leading Luxury Hotel – the Villa Rosa Kempinski in Nairobi – for Africa’s Leading Family Resort – The Baobab Beach Resort and Spa – for Africa’s Leading Tour Operator – Pollmans Tours – and notably once again for Africa’s Leading Tourism Board – the Kenya Tourism Board.
Africa’s Responsible Tourism Award went to Twiga Tours of Nairobi / Kenya, a company which has in the past reeled in many of the awards presented by the World Travel Awards organization in various categories.
In Uganda was the Kampala Serena Hotel a double winner, as Leading Hotel in Uganda and for the Best Suite in Uganda, their Royal Suite.
