.

Notably have the Facebook pages of Fastjet now attracted over 600.000 followers and likes, a clear indication that this aviation model has taken roots and has become an integral part of how to travel across Africa.

Flights from Harare to Victoria Falls will initially operate three times a week, aiming at a later stage to upgrade to daily flights, and a one way ticket now sells from as low as US Dollars 20 plus 18 US Dollars taxes. All eyes are now on the airline’s website and social media pages about further announcements on additional destinations, either on domestic routes and of course into the region.

Harare is already linked to East Africa by daily Fastjet flights from Dar es Salaam via Lusaka to the Zimbabwean capital city, allowing savvy travellers to snap up these extra low fares, as more than 50.000 did during a special sales day last Tuesday, one of the most successful such promotions ever in the two plus years history of Fastjet in Africa.
