Expansion of Fleet:
We are pleased to inform you that we have expanded our fleet with an additional Cessna Caravan 208 configured to 11 seats and flown with 2 pilots. This increased capacity will enhance our ability to serve your clients efficiently and reliably.
Tailor-Made Flying Safaris to/from Jinja:
Priced at a surcharge of USD 1000, we can fly your clients to Jinja from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or any other AeroLink scheduled destinations. This connection offers the clients convenience and an opportunity to explore the beauty of this iconic destination and witness the source of the mighty Nile River.
Ticketing Time Limit:
To ensure smoother operations and minimize disruptions to your clients’ travel plans, we would like to remind you of our ticketing time limit policy. All bookings must be ticketed at least 14 days prior to the departure date. This policy helps us maintain operational efficiency and avoid system auto-cancellations. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
Entebbe-Mara Route:
In collaboration with AirKenya, we’re delighted to offer flights from Entebbe to the Maasai Mara via Kisumu. Operating seven days a week from July through September, this route provides seamless access to one of East Africa’s most iconic destinations. Trust AirKenya for reliable and comfortable flights, ensuring an enhanced travel experience every step of the way.
Baggage Policy:
We want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for all our clients. Please note that our free baggage allowance is 15kgs, including hand luggage, all packed in soft bags. We have attached our baggage policy for your reference and would like to highlight a few pertinent items:
- Excess Baggage:
Clients with excess baggage should be aware that they have the option to book guaranteed freight space of up to 75kgs at a child rate. Additionally, the extra baggage will all be put in the baggage hold. Excess baggage that is declared at the point of check-in will be subject to a charge of USD 3 per kilo on domestic flights or USD 4 per kilo on international flights. This is however based on space availability at the point of check-in.
- Extra Seat
An extra seat is for the comfort of the passengers and not luggage. Clients who require an extra seat will be charged full price.
