As we enter the high season, we want to express our gratitude for your continued support and look forward to serving you. Here are our latest updates and announcements:
Bugungu Airstrip
We are pleased to announce that we are now operating flights to and from Bugungu Airstrip in Murchison Falls National Park.Our daily schedule is as follows:
- Flt 121: Depart Entebbe at 1300 hrs, arrive Bugungu at 1400 hrs
- Flt 122: Depart Bugungu at 1415 hrs, arrive Entebbe at 1715 hrs (via Kasese/Mweya or Kihihi)
Please note: A minimum of 4 passengers is required for flights to/from Bugungu
Kisoro Airstrip
Kisoro Airstrip is open from 0730 hrs to 1100 hrs. Our daily schedule is:
- Flt 111: Depart Entebbe at 0700 hrs, arrive Kisoro at 0815 hrs
- Flt 112: Depart Kisoro at 0830 hrs, arrive Entebbe at 1125 hrs
From June to October, we are adding an extra daily flight:
- Flt 117: Depart Entebbe at 1015 hrs, arrive Kisoro at 1130 hrs
- Flt 118: Depart Kisoro at 1145 hrs, arrive Entebbe at 1400 hrs
Entebbe-Mara Route
In partnership with AirKenya, we offer flights from Entebbe to the Maasai Mara via Kisumu, operating seven days a week from June through September. This route provides seamless access to one of East Africa’s most iconic destinations. Please note:
- All travelers, including infants and children, must have an approved Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before starting their journey. You can apply at eTA Kenya ( https://etakenya.go.ke/en )
- The Entebbe to Mara flight operates with a minimum of 4 passengers between June and September. For other months, a minimum of 6 passengers is required.
2025 Rates
Our 2025 rates are now available. Kindly email us at info@aerolinkuganda.com to receive the contract rates.
Ticketing Time Limit
To ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions, all bookings must be ticketed at least 14 days prior to departure. This policy helps us maintain operational efficiency and avoid auto- cancellations. We appreciate your cooperation.
Baggage Policy
To ensure a hassle-free travel experience, our free baggage allowance is 15 kgs, including hand luggage, packed in soft bags. Key points of our baggage policy include:
- Excess Baggage: You can book guaranteed freight space of up to 75 kgs at a child rate, except on routes without a child rate. At point of check-in excess baggage will be charged at USD 3 per kilo for domestic flights and USD 4 per kilo for international flights, subject to availability.
- Extra Seat: An extra seat is for passenger comfort and not for luggage. Full price is charged for an extra seat.
