Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines has launched flights connecting Mitiga International Airport in Tripoli, LIBYA, with Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, TURKEY, strengthening air connectivity between the two countries and expanding travel options for passengers. The inaugural service arrived at Mitiga International Airport on 5 October 2026. Flight-tracking data identifies the aircraft as a Boeing 737-800, registration TC-CPK (B738), operating from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Tripoli Mitiga (MJI).
