Air Botswana has taken delivery last week of the first of two Embraer E170 jets.
Both aircraft, the second is expected late in Q1 of 2019, have been purchased from Saudi Arabian oil company Aramco and are said to be around 9 years old.
The newly acquired jets join a fleet of one ATR72-500′ and two more recently acquired ATR72-600’s (pictured below), advancing the airline’s aim to overhaul their fleet and make use of more fuel efficient aircraft.
