Africa Albida completes $3.5 million investment

Africa Albida has invested heavily in upgrading the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and opening adjacent properties.

Over the past five years, Africa Albida Tourism has spent $3.5 million upgrading existing properties and opening new ones.

Work has included the opening of the Victoria Falls Safari Club, a 20-room property adjacent to the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, which is the group’s premium property.

The Victoria Falls Safari Suites, six spacious two- and three-bedroom accommodation offerings, opened in December 2013. These are suited to families or groups of friends holidaying together.

All 72 rooms at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge have been upgraded. This included the installation of sliding glass doors opening out on to the balconies and new rainfall showers. Following the renovation, the rooms have a much lighter, brighter, more modern feel to them. All rooms have private balconies with views over the bushveld.
