About Brad LaBriola
Brad’s love for storytelling started with books. He is a literary explorer. With the mentorship of Robert Pledge, CEO of Contact Press Images and featured in the Academy Award winning Born Into Brothels, Brad has produced films on four continents in five languages. From 2010 – 2012 Brad earned his MFA at the distinguished UCLA Producers Program. There he had the privilege of mentorship by producers such as Peter Guber (Rain Man), David Hoberman (The Fighter, The Muppets), Barbara Boyle (Phenomenon), Bobby Moresco (Crash, Million Dollar Baby) and Tom Nunan (Crash, The Illusionist). These mentors, some Oscar winners and nominees, have encouraged Brad to enlighten, engage, and inspire change for a better world through filmmaking. Brad’s commitment is to produce deeply-felt stories that bring meaning to the confusion of our lives and renew a sense of wonder in humanity.
