As the world’s first jumbo jet, the 747 laid the foundation for every twin aisle plane that followed—earning a place in the hearts of many airline operators, crew, passengers, and aviation enthusiasts around the world.
After more than 50 years of production at Boeing’s Everett factory, the final 747 will be sent off with a grand celebration event on Tuesday, January 31 at 1 p.m. PT. Join us in celebrating the Queen of the Skies by watching it live online.
