We will be running 2 pools of 6 teams. On Pitch 5 (North) 5 minutes each way and 1 minute break 4 minutes between games.
************************************************************************************************************************************************************
Due to the tide, the Tournament will have to be played at night on Friday starting at 9PM. Dinner will be served from 7PM-8PM.
On Saturday the rugby will start at 10.00AM onwards. Food will be available from 1PM. Dinner at 8PM.

As last year no slippage can be allowed in the timetable and, as last year, games will have to start on time. The Tournament time will be as per the clock in the MC’s tent.

Each team will be assigned a Marshal who will be one of two assigned to each pool assist with getting the teams to the right place at the right time. Introductions of Team Leaders to their Pool Marshals will be done after the briefing.
EACH CAPTAIN, WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE POOL MARSHAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING HIS/HER TEAM TO THE RIGHT PITCH AT THE RIGHT TIME. GAMES WILL START WHETHER OR NOT ALL PLAYERS ARE PRESENT.

Every game will start at the designated time. Even if some members are absent, the game will go ahead. If all the team members are absent, the opponents will be given a walk-over and 3 points.
