CARLSON REZIDOR TO OPEN ITS SECOND NAIROBI HOTEL IN FEBRUARY 2017

Carlson Rezidor has confirmed that their second brand, Park Inn, will launch in February next year in Nairobi. The upcoming four-star Park Inn hotel widens the Carlson Rezidor’s footprint in Kenya where the firm already runs the five star Radisson Blu which opened a year ago.
The Park Inn Nairobi will offer five meeting rooms, a gym, a roof top pool bar, a swimming pool and underground parking.
The mid-market hotel brand will open in Westlands, regarded as one of the main hub for expatriates living in Nairobi. Sources close to Carlson Rezidor in Nairobi suggested they will draw from the proximity to the United Nations diplomatic district of Gigiri to tap into the business travellers, meetings, conferences and exhibitions markets.
Carlson Rezidor is also expecting to open another Park Inn in Kigali, the Rwandan capital where a Radisson Blu paved the way when it was opened six months ago.
