Dear ATC Readers,
We have recently been advised that the Ndutu airstrip in Tanzania will be closed by the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority from today 14th November through till 14th December 2018 due to the maintenance of the airfield.
Whilst the timing is very inconvenient at a time when the Great Migration is heading South, we will be working with our customers to create alternative options. The destination has been already restricted from sale during the above dates and existing bookings are being contacted by our Reservations department to arrange a different itinerary.
For existing and future bookings, we are able to offer flights into Lake Manyara airfield or into the closest Serengeti airstrips: Seronera and Serengeti South. Please be mindful that passengers landing into the Serengeti Park are subject to payment of park fees.
