Flight Changes

?Following an operational reorganization of our aircrafts’ duty, we are going to have some minor changes on our routes effective immediately.

All our previous bookings will be honored to maintain strong relationships with our partners.

Below is the summary of the changes,

1. Coastal Flights to/from Pemba and Tanga removed
2. We’ve added codeshare flights to/from Pemba and Tanga, and updated fares.
3. We’ve added codeshare flights to/from Selous, and updated the fares
4. Updated fares to/from Kigali and Rubondo.
5. Flight CQ261 Kilimanjaro – Serengeti: departure changed from 15:15 to 15:45, and departure from Manyara from 15:55 to 16:25
6. Flight CQ261 arrival time in Serengeti is now 30 minutes later. Instead of 17:15, the flight will now arrive at 17:45

The time change is to accommodate the additional COVID procedures for our passengers arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport for them to catch our flights without any hassle.

Please NOTE: All flights to/from the following destinations are on inducement of a minimum of 2 seats:

• Dolly for Kiligolf,
• Kigali (RW),
• Migori (KE),
• Pangani (Kwajoni),
• Ruaha,
• Rubondo,
• Selous,
• Serengeti / Mwiba,
• Tarangire / Kuro,
• Songo Songo,
• Tarime

Flights from Serengeti to Ruaha and Selous are on an inducement of 4 seats.

?With effect from 1st November 2021, our cancellation policy will be as follows:

Y class – 14 days

M Class – 21 days

L Class – 28 days

Please NOTE: For any bookings made within these days, there will be a 25% charge for amendment & a 100% cancellation charge.
