Entry list

With just a few weeks left to the Mini Classic Rally 2022, we have received over 30 entries from the classic cars and rally raid cars.
The newly crowned Junior African Rally Champion of 2022 Hamza Anwar will take part in his Datsun. His team mates who will also be competing are his father, Asad Anwar and uncle, Azar Anwar.
In addition to these we have our legendary rally drivers who need no introduction in the local motorsport’s scene; Ian Duncan, Baldy Chager, Nish Lakhani, and one incredible lady making a comeback – Ann Taieth in a Datsun SSS.

The Tuthill Porsche team has also entered one of their cars, which will be driven by Remon Vos and Stephane Prevot.
A new entrant to the EASCR is Lola Verlaque, who will take part in her VW Golf MK 1, with navigator Edward Verlaque.
One car to definitely look out for is the Mercedes, driven by Bart Vanhaverbeke. The last time drivers and rally fans saw a Mercedes competing in the EASCR was during the 9th edition in 2017, so to see one returning for the Mini Classic Rally will undoubtedly spark some rally nerves!
