‘FLEXIFLYERS‘ WITH FASTJET NOW ENJOY ADDED BENEFITS
(Posted 25th August 2019)
Fastjet Zimbabwe has launched a new set of benefits for their passengers booking the airline’s ‘FlexiFlyer‘ fares, which, while higher than the lowest possible fares available in the market, will in turn give a range of added benefits.
At the airports in Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls and Johannesburg will passengers holding such tickets be able to check in on a dedicated desk, have access to a lounge, enjoy priority boarding and free snacks and drinks on board and also get two checked pieces of baggage free of charge.
Changes of flight bookings, subject to terms and conditions, too are part of the new package Fastjet has rolled out to award not just loyalty but also paying a higher fare.
It is expected that similar offers will soon also extend to Fastjet in Mozambique, the second country in Africa where the airline operates.
Fastjet (Z) connects Zimbabwe by flying between Harare and Victoria Falls and Harare and Bulawayo. They also offer flights from Harare and Victoria Falls to Johannesburg in South Africa. The airline also operates branded domestic flights in Mozambique, using Embraer E145, a 50-seater aircraft operated by Solenta Aviation Mozambique. Together with LAM, as part of a codeshare agreement, and Solenta, Fastjet (M) flies from Maputo to Tete, Beira and Quelimane.
Fastjet has since its initial launch in 2012 flown over 3 million passengers and repeatedly been named as Africa’s best low cost airline by SKYTRAX and the World Travel Awards.
