Fastjet adds fourth Harare to Victoria Falls flight

VICTORIA FALLS ATTRACTS YET MORE FLIGHTS AS FASTJET ADDS FOURTH FREQUENCY

(Posted 10th April 2017)

Fastjet Zimbabwe over the weekend launched their fourth weekly flight from Harare to Victoria Falls, according to the airline due to growing demand for seats on the route.
The airline, which previously operated three weekly flights on the route on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, has added a Friday flight from 07th of April to provide passengers with a convenient weekend get away service.

Tickets for the additional flights are on sale, with fares starting from R570 one-way, inclusive of all relevant taxes. Fastjet advises passengers to book at least 21 days in advance of their intended departure date to take advantage of its lowest priced fares.

Our low-cost business model allows us to keep fares low for everyone, and rewarding passengers who book early with even lower fares, is just another way that fastjet is working to make flying even more affordable‘ said Nico Bezuidenhout, CEO of Fastjet on the occasion.
The Fastjet flights on this route depart Harare International Airport at 16.15 hrs landing at Victoria Falls International Airport at 17.25 hrs. The return flight takes off from Victoria Falls at 17h50, landing back in Harare at 18h55 each sector taking just over an hour.

The expanded schedule will result in providing passengers with more convenient travel options between the two cities – especially a weekend getaway option – at affordable fares. Fastjet also offers double daily flights each day of the week between Johannesburg’s O.R. Tambo International Airport and Harare International Airport from R1,331.

Fastjet Zimbabwe recently celebrated flying more than 125,000 passengers on 1,678 flights, with an impressive 94% on-time performance, establishing the airline as a punctual, reliable, and affordable low-cost carrier.
