HLS OFFERS TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR UGANDA’S HOSPITALITY SME’S

Hotel Link Solutions (U) Ltd (http://www.hotellinksolutions.com/) just announced that it is hosting an e-Marketing educational training seminar for SME accommodation owners and managers in Uganda. The event aims to support participating SME’s by providing them with the tools and training to make optimum use of the Internet for online sales and for processing online bookings. Activities envisaged under the project include training workshops in digital marketing, assessing the market readiness of SMEs, digital content (photos and written content), websites or booking functionalities and channel management tools for all participating SMEs.
HLS outlined that the purpose of the half day workshop is to enhance the viability of accommodation SMEs in Uganda by improving their e-marketing capabilities. Within this context, the specific purposes of the seminar was given as:
a. To implement best in breed e-commerce/e-marketing tools for participating SME accommodation providers, along with the training needed to take best advantage of the tools provided.
b. To introduce the concept of social media marketing to participating SME accommodation providers and appropriately apply it in their e-commerce websites.
Hotel Link Solutions has organized the event which will take place on Friday, 15th of August. The FREE Event starts from 09.00 hrs until 13.00 hrs, and will take place at the Forest Cottages, Naguru, next to Kabira Country Club in Bukoto.
