DEREK HOUSTON’S SPOTLIGHT WORKSHOPS EXTEND TO ANGOLA

Houston Travel Marketing Services will hold their first Spotlight TravelExpo in Luanda Angola on Wednesday June 20th at the prestigious Talatona Hotel and Conference Centre, a member of Preferred Hotels.
The purpose of the TravelExpo is to promote outbound Tourism from Angola to Southern and East Africa.
Angola ranks as South Africa’s second biggest Africa Air source market with 49,000 air arrivals in 2017 – just behind Nigeria.
Angolans are great travellers and are big spenders on accommodation, shopping and entertainment.
Luanda is served by many international and African carriers. IATA predicts that Angola’s passenger numbers will grow by 6,7% annually for the next ten years.
With the announcement of the visa waiver for Angolan tourists to South Africa the number of tourists to South Africa is likely to increase substantially in 2018.
TAAG Angolan Airlines are increasing their flights into Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Houston Travel Marketing Services has secured the support of the Angola Travel Agents Association AAVOTA who have endorsed the Spotlight TravelExpo and will encourage their members to attend.
TAAG Angola airlines are offering Exhibitors AD 75 Air fares to Luanda from Johannesburg, Cape Town and other Southern African cities.
