IATA is pleased to introduce you to their new visual identity. The IATA logo has not changed. But the organization is now presenting itself with a look and feel that better captures the dynamism and innovation of aviation – an energy that will help them to fulfil their mission to represent, lead and serve the airline industry.

IATA is sending you this note (in their new look and feel) so that you can be reassured about the authenticity of communications from IATA. Importantly, where relevant, nothing has changed with their digital security certificates, domain names, and the email addresses of the people and parts of our business from which you already receive correspondence.

Also please note that between now and December 2019 you may see a mix of the old and the new as IATA progressively migrates to the new visual identity. If you do receive anything from IATA that you are not sure about, please contact Customer Service for advice.

To find out more about the changes, we invite you to visit www.iata.org and see the new look for yourself in more detail. To inform as many people as possible, we kindly ask that you share this information with your colleagues – there is a ‘share’ feature above to spread the word.
