2026 awards celebrate IHG’s Regent, Six Senses, Kimpton and InterContinental brands

Each year, top travel editors and experts come together to hand pick hospitality’s best examples of excellence. Serving readers with a guiding light of where to go next, these hotly contested shortlists celebrate best-in-class demonstrations of how travel is evolving to meet the needs of today’s luxury guests.
Condé Nast Traveller’s inaugural Triple Crown Awards offers a new addition to the annual awards landscape, hailed as the publication’s “most definitive collection of the best hotels in the world”. This prestigious new accolade recognizes the collective recipients of all three of the publication’s most revered awards – The Hot List, The Gold List and Readers’ Choice Awards. Eight IHG hotels and resorts, spanning four luxury and lifestyle brands, have been recognized with Condé Nast Traveller extending the following high praise:
| Six Senses Zil Pasyon “A private island game-changer, this is the cutting edge of eco-friendly hideaways that don’t compromise on style.” |
Regent Hong Kong “Views of Asia’s sparkliest city don’t come any better.”Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel “The First Lady – it is more elegant and majestic than any other hotel.” Regent Beijing |

Spanning more than 590 properties across 70 countries, IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio is intentionally differentiated, designed to meet evolving definitions of modern luxury across occasions – from ultra-bespoke, rarefied experiences to culturally connected, experience-led travel. Each brand, in its own unique way, provides a solution for every scenario today’s modern luxury traveller may navigate.
Other recent accolades further underscore IHG’s position as one of the world’s leading luxury and lifestyle players. IHG’s recent luxury additions Six Senses London and Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong were both praised within the Condé Nast Traveler 2026 Hot List for best new openings.
As the Global Wellness Institute highlight wellness travel as one of the fastest growing segments with one billion wellness trips taken annually, further recognition for Six Senses demonstrates the brand’s leadership in this space. Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Global Wellness & Spa Guide recommends Six Senses Vana, a deep retreat at the foothills of the Himalayas, for the third consecutive year, whilst VOGUE’s 2026 Global Spa Guide included Six Senses London, Six Senses Crans-Montana, Six Senses Ibiza and Six Senses Vana within its shortlist of the world’s 100 Best Spas.
The spotlight now turns to the 39th annual Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards with more than 300 IHG properties shortlisted and gathering votes.
