The Kenya Airports Authority is reviewing the Concession Order and cargo rates at all its airports.
The proposals are in the draft Commercial Charges Order, 2026. They cover charges for retail and duty-free, food and beverage, advertising, land and premises, parking, cargo handling and telecommunications infrastructure.
Concessionaires, airlines, cargo firms, hospitality and financial institutions, government agencies and members of the public are all invited to share their views.
Public forums will be held as follows: Tuesday 24th of November 2026, in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret
