It was learned that KLM’s first Airbus A350 will operate flights to Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Nairobi.
The aircraft completed two pre delivery test flights last week, bringing it another step closer to its expected delivery later this month. The A350 will feature a three class configuration of 34 business-class seats, 26 premium economy seats and 271 seats in economy class.
However, information available right now says that their new business-class seats are still undergoing certification and will not be available when the first two aircraft enter service, a similar experience which Lufthansa had to endure for their new seats in the Allegris Class configuration.
According to added information received will this aircraft type not be deployed on the airline’s route to Kigali and Entebbe, seeing those destination served with older aircraft.
