ETHIOPIAN ANNOUNCES LOS ANGELES FLIGHTS

Ethiopian Airlines has announced plans to commence flights to Los Angeles, via Dublin / Republic of Ireland from June next year. The airline proposes to use a B787 on the route which will initially be served three times a week with traffic days still to be announced. Traffic rights on all sectors allow passengers from Ethiopian’s East Africa network, which covers Entebbe, Kigali, Bujumbura, Nairobi, Mombasa, Kilimanjaro and Dar es Salaam with daily and multiple daily flights, depending on destination, to fly with one stop to Dublin and with two stops to the City of Angels, while in reverse order American and Irish tourist visitors to East Africa will have an added option how to reach the beaches, safari parks, lakes, rivers and mountains across the region.

Ethiopian, a member of Star Alliance, is Africa’s largest airline serving nearly 50 destinations on the continent and a further 35 around the world.
