UGANDA GOVERNMENT PUBLISHES PROGRAMME TO HONOUR THE LATE TOURISM MINISTER DR. MARIA MUTAGAMBA

Information was received on the memorial service and funeral arrangements for the late Minister for Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities Dr. Maria Mutagamba.
Details are shown below for those in Uganda who wish to pay their last respect to her or attend the service at Rubaga Cathedral:
Monday 26th
10am to 3pm Mass at Rubaga Cathedral led by the Archbishop of Kampala and thereafter body viewing at the late Minister’s home followed by a night vigil
Tues 27th
Parliament Day beginning at 10am with Members of Parliament and Ministers paying their respect.
Thereafter travel to Rakai followed by a night vigil at Gamba Village Kakuuto
Wed 28th
Burial ceremony by the Bishop of Masaka
Service programme and directions to the late Dr. Maria Mutagamba’s residence in Kampala and her rural home in Rakai:
Again, sincere condolences and deepest sympathy is expressed to the late Dr. Maria’s family and friends.
