ICAO COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

Seventh Worldwide Air Transport Conference (ATConf/7)
Montréal, Canada | 16 – 20 November 2026
ICAO is pleased to announce that the Seventh Worldwide Air Transport Conference (ATConf/7) will be held from 16th to 20th of November 2026 at ICAO Headquarters in Montréal, Canada. The Worldwide Air Transport Conferences are high-level global fora convened approximately once every ten years to guide the long-term strategic direction of international air transport.

Under the theme “Air Transport: Powering Global Connectivity, Economic Development and Resilience in a Dynamic World,” ATConf/7 aims to take stock of global trends, address emerging challenges, and identify priorities that will shape the development of international air transport for the decade ahead.
This conference will be conducted on a restricted-access basis and will bring together senior government officials responsible for aviation, across areas such as infrastructure, finance, economy, and tourism, to address policy-related matters, alongside representatives of international and regional organizations and key industry stakeholders actively engaged in the economic development of air transport.

Nonetheless, to complement the policy discussions and encourage broader engagement with the aviation community, an exhibition will be organized alongside the Conference. This will provide an opportunity to showcase solutions and initiatives that contribute to the advancement and resilience of the global aviation sector.

In particular, ICAO welcomes exhibition participation from organizations involved in areas such as innovation, financing, infrastructure, digitalization and other initiatives supporting the future development of air transport.

Should your organization be interested in participating or learning more about exhibition opportunities, further information is available on the event website.

We look forward to an impactful ATConf/7 and to working together to boost the development of an economically viable aviation system that delivers prosperity for all.
