Always as the cutting edge of innovation and the use of new technologies has Kenya’s most popular conservancy just launched new e-tools allowing visitors to pre-book, online, services on offer. This includes but is not restricted to lion tracking, night game drives and perhaps most important, entrance tickets which come with a 10 percent rebate as a special incentive.
Said Ol Pejeta’s Elodie Sampere in her mail yesterday, when sharing the conservancy’s latest news:
‘Visitors will now be able to book entry tickets and safari activities, such as lion tracking and night game drives, on Ol Pejeta’s new online booking system. This slick and user-friendly option is not only more convenient than buying tickets at the gate, but for the next six months at least, buying entry tickets online will be 10% cheaper. This is worth up to $10 discount on an entry fee.
It also eliminates the queuing and tedious paperwork so often experienced at the entrance of safari parks, as well as eliminating the need to exchange cash. Accommodation, merchandise and animal adoption packages are also available on the new system. In the future, the online booking system will allow Ol Pejeta to spread its visitors across the year, a powerful tool to protect the environment and wildlife of the Conservancy.

Ol Pejeta, describe by this correspondent repeatedly in the past as Kenya’s most complete wilderness experience all in one place, is a mere 3 hours drive away from the capital Nairobi and a flight from Wilson Airport to either the Nanyuki airfield or one of the Ol Pejeta airstrips only takes between 35 and 45 minutes, depending on the type of aircraft used. Guests staying in one of the safari lodges or luxurious tented camps, like Serena’s Sweetwaters or Porini’s Rhino Camp, can literally be assured to see the Big Five during their day or night game drives or escorted game walks.
