Planning to head to #Lamu? Don’t forget to visit #Manda

Diamond Beach Village – Lamu – Kenya
Its a new season in Lamu and Diamond’s 19th year! I could never imagine when I was 21 and first came to Manda that at 39 I would still be on the island. Thats right, next year its double celebrations!

Last season saw lots of old guests returning and new guests discoveringthe secrets of Manda. Sunsets, morning bush runs, bird call to wake you up………..you have to stay here to experience it.

Our new restaurant is a big success with loads more shade; a popular tapas menu, new pasta menu and this season we will be working on more plant based vegan options.

We hope you can come and see us on Manda soon!

The Lamu Arts Festival was a great success and the party at Diamond raised $980 from entrance fees which we donated to the New Leaf Rehab Centre in Lamu.
