Precision Air beats competitors to bag Tanzania’s leadership award in the aviation sector

PRECISION AIR SCOOPS BRAND EXCELLENCE AWARD IN TANZANIA

Tanzania’s Precision Air has been awarded the annual Brand Excellence Award under the airline category at the Tanzania leadership award ceremony, which took place last weekend at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dar es Salaam.

Precision Air scooped the award ahead of Qatar Airways and Ethiopia Airlines which were nominated in the same category. According to the organizers ‘The Purple Cow Media Ltd’ the award recognizes Precision Air’s commitment and efforts towards supporting the Tanzanian economy and society at large.

Precision Air operates flights to 10 local destinations across Tanzania which includes Arusha, Bukoba, Dar Es Salaam, Kilimanjaro, Kigoma, Mtwara, Mwanza, Musoma, Tabora and Zanzibar.

Commenting on the award Precision Air’s Managing Director and CEO Ms. Sauda Rajab said, Precision Air is very honored to receive the award as it’s an indication that people do see and appreciate Precision Air’s services.

Since its establishment 23 years ago has Precision Air stayed in business and offered air services in Tanzania and the region, transporting hundreds of thousands of tourists, business travelers and locals across the country. The airline is the only company of its kind to be quoted on the Dar es Salaam stock exchange with the two major shareholder being founder Mr. Michael Shirima and Kenya Airways, the Kenyan flag carrier.
