If you want to see Victoria Falls…

Begin your trip at Victoria Falls, where you will stay at the beautiful Ilala Lodge. We recommend staying at least two nights, depending on how many activities you want to do. This will provide you with enough time to soak in the splendor of the waterfalls.

Activities available at Ilala Lodge:

  • Guided tour of Victoria falls
  • Unique photo opportunity at Devil’s Pool – the world’s ultimate infinity pool
  • Ra-Ikane river cruise on the Zambezi river
  • Helicopter flight over Victoria Falls
  • White water rafting in the rapids below Victoria Falls
  • 111m Bungee jump off the world-famous Victoria Falls Bridge
  • Full day trip including a game-viewing cruise, lunch and a game drive
African Big Five

If you want to see the Big Five…

A safari to Hwange National Park will deliver astonishing sightings of the 40 000 strong elephant population, as well as the other members of the Big Five. If you want to view the Big Five, we recommend flying (or driving) from Victoria Falls to either Nantwich Lodge or Elephant’s Eye Tented Camp.

Highlights at Nantwich Lodge:

  • Situated on a private concession in Hwange that allows night drives
  • It is the only private lodge that is elevated in the park offering fantastic views
  • Natural water springs make it ideal for walking safaris in the dry season
  • Highest concentration of lions in the park (as per the game count)
  • Very healthy cheetah population
  • Mega herds of buffalo
  • Closest lodge to Victoria Falls

Highlights at Elephant’s Eye:

  • Situated on a private concession that allows night drives, with private gate into the Hwange National Park
  • Presidential Elephant Herd
  • Elephants drinking from the pool
  • Healthy zebra population
  • Healthy lion population
  • Community outreach program
  • Day Spa
  • The Eye star-bed
  • Painted Dog Centre nearby
  • Bird watchers’ paradise

If you want to experience the Chobe river…

Camp Kuzuma is within close proximity to Victoria Falls, Chobe and Hwange which makes it the ultimate Botswana add-on to your trip. Game drive transfers are possible between all three lodges on the Golden safari circuit.

Highlights at Camp Kuzuma:

  • 50 min drive from the Kuzuma Pan Forestry Reserve
  • Secluded, with few other vehicles
  • Armchair game viewing at it’s best! The pan is right in front of the lodge
  • Day Spa
  • Complimentary boat cruise offered on the Chobe river that includes lunch
