Qatar Airways has recently introduced several new gourmet and regional inflight dining menus across key global routes:

- Australia Routes (First & Business Class): Unveiled earlier in October 2026, Qatar Airways partnered with Sydney-based chef Ross Lusted to launch a fire-inspired and modern menu running from February through July 2027. Highlights include tiger prawns with harissa oil, white-cut chicken with macadamia nut dressing, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, roasted fish fillet with seafood orzo broth, and caramel roasted apple, paired with signature cocktails by Lorenzo Antinori and new Diptyque amenity kits.

- London Heathrow to Doha (Business Class): Partnered with two-Michelin-starred Chef James Knappett of London’s Kitchen Table to introduce a refined three-course seasonal menu available on flights between London and Doha.
- Chinese Mainland Gateways: Curated regional menus inspired by culinary traditions across six key Chinese cities—Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chengdu, and Chongqing.
How to Check Your Specific Flight Menu

- Economy Class: View your digital menu starting 14 days before your flight via the Qatar Airways Onboard Cuisine Portal or through the onboard Wi-Fi during your journey.
