Africa Tourism Innovation Hub (ATIH)

One of the key outcomes from the 2022 Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Summit and Challenge is the establishment of the Africa Tourism Innovation Hub (ATIH). The Innovation Hubs’ objective is to create a platform that will connect young innovators to industry experts and mentors to facilitate possible funding and investment opportunities, and career guidance. The Africa Tourism Innovation Hub (ATIH) will be hosted by Durban University of Technology (DUT) and Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).

Another notable highlight is Cornell University’s support and commitment to collaborate in providing education and guidance to some of the region’s brightest young tourism entrepreneurs.
