Training Developers Course
This course equips civil aviation training developers with the competencies needed to design and develop competency-based training courses and Standardized Training Packages (STPs) in accordance with ICAO Doc 9941, Training Development Guide. Participants will learn how to conduct preliminary, job, and population analyses; design curricula and training modules; and establish the validity and reliability of assessments and training courses.
