Reunion courts Chinese market

The Chinese market is a priority market for the destination Reunion. Multiplying the trade and promotion with the Middle Kingdom, the Reunion Island Tourism Board (IRT) under the leadership of the French Region of Reunion, has this week welcomed media and social personalities on the island to increase brand awareness and drive strong momentum among the general Chinese public. China, which has become the most important foreign source market for Reunion, represents a promising market for the Reunion tourism sector, with a trend that will grow in view of the growing middle class in China to come up.
