#Seychelles gets more daily flights

SEYCHELLES TOURISM TO BENEFIT FROM IMPROVED DAILY CONNECTIVITY

(Posted 23rd January 2019)

Effective 06th of February will the Seychelles get two more connections from Nairobi, when Kenya Airways will up their frequencies from presently five a week to daily.
The airline will be using a mix of Embraer E190 and Boeing B737’s on the route, finally following Ethiopian’s lead which already some time ago decided that demand for flights to Mahe was sufficient to warrant daily B737-800 services.
Tourism operators on the island have expressed their appreciation for the added flights as traffic from across Africa to the Seychelles has been growing in recent years, largely as a result of the archipelago being a Visa free destination, making travel for travelers from the continent easy.
All required at present are a return ticket, confirmed hotel accommodation, sufficient funds and, importantly, a Yellow Fever inoculation certificate.

The flights leave Nairobi at 12.45 hrs East African time, are due to land in Mahe (SEZ) at 17.00 hrs local time before returning to Nairobi, reaching the Kenyan capital city at 20.00 hrs EAT.
