According the World Bank, women entrepreneurship is highest in Africa when compared to the rest of the world.

WTM Africa 2018 gathered some of these phenomenal women who are industry experts in the travel & tourism industry for the Women in Travel mentorship session. The sessions were aimed at discussing entrepreneurship, female leadership, personal & professional development and work and career.

In 2019, WTM Africa seeks to continue bringing the spotlight onto women in business within the travel and tourism industry.
