Following recent regional Ebola developments, Tanzania has strengthened precautionary health screening at its points of entry.
There are currently no reported cases of Ebola in Tanzania or Zanzibar, and safari operations continue as normal without disruption.
Please share the following information with guests preparing to travel.
Before Travelling to Tanzania:
All arriving travellers must complete the Traveller’s Health Surveillance Form, providing accurate health, travel and contact information.
To help avoid delays, we recommend completing the form before departure:
Complete the Health Surveillance Form
Keep your confirmation QR code or reference number available for verification by Port Health officials. Save a screenshot or carry a printed copy.
Health Screening on Arrival:
All arriving travellers will undergo health screening, including temperature checks.
Travellers identified as higher risk may receive additional assessment and 21 days of health monitoring, including daily automated messages requiring a response.
Monitoring may continue after departure from Tanzania and does not automatically mean isolation.

Please allow sufficient time for arrival formalities and health screening when arranging onward connections.
Please share this information widely before guests depart and remind travellers to follow instructions from Port Health officials.
