| Finally the long awaited guidelines for membership of the New pan African travel association TeamAfrica has been released by one of the promoters Mr. Ikechi Uko. Mr. Uko said in a press release from Lagos that the group will start registering New members on the website by the end of March but now all new members have to be recommended by the any of the 5 founding members.”
TeamAfrica is open to anyone who meets the criteria outlined in the guidelines.” he further said. Mr. Uko also said that the 21wonders of Africa which is the flagship project of the group will be launched immediately after registering New members. |
TALK about an inspiration. Sibongile Sambo dreamt of being a flight attendant, but she failed to meet the minimum height requirement and was turned away by South African Airways.
Instead of accepting defeat, she started her own company, even selling her car and using her mother’s pension in order to set it up.
But it’s all been worth it, as she’s now laughing all the way to the bank.

In a brainstorming session involving the five members States which make up the East Africa Tourism Platform, practical and proactive steps have been identified and earmarked as necessary footholds to where actions are necessary in order to eliminate the hindrances to seamless and competitive activities in marketing the East Africa as a destination with practical possibility.
