As most of you know by now, every first week of October, the whole world celebrate the Customer Service Week.
As this year’s topic is "Everyday Heroes", we would like to recognize the efforts of everyday frontline or back office staff as heroes in their customer’s eyes.For this purpose, kindly nominate 2 (two) of your best employees who will enter an interesting and funny competition and a raffle draw we are organizing during the week. Together with some media partners, some of these nominated employees will be called on air to be appreciated.
A TSM Business Cocktail will also follow on October 8th for which some of your nominated staff will be invited to.
