ORGANIZERS RELEASE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE UPCOMING TOUR D’ EAC 2017

01st August 2017 marks the beginning of yet another epic East African bicycle tour, the Tour d EAC 2017. This year’s tour will last for 45 days and will cover 5000 km from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda and back to Uganda.
You are invited to ride with us, whichever distance you can afford to ride. Let’s ride for a good cause, for fun, for the unity of the East African people, for free movement of goods and services, for free movement of labour, for free movement of persons, for the right if settlement, and above all for the integration of the East African partner states.
Says John Balongo of CampFireLogsGuild, the organizers of the tour:
‘We composed our routes so that participants can have a full scope of Tour d’ EAC 2017 experiences. We blended it up between experiencing different motherlands, impressive climbs and slopes, food stuffs and cultures, dialects and tribes, en-route touristic sites and small East African villages.
