#UgandaAirlines announces additional repatriation flight

UGANDANS FROM JOHANNESBURG AND LUSAKA CAN TAKE A FLIGHT HOME ON 10TH OF AUGUST

(Posted 29th July 2020)

Following the completion of a repatriation flight from West Africa last week has Uganda Airlines announced a second repatriation flight from Southern Africa.
On the 10th of August does the airline plan to fly one of their CRJ900’s from Entebbe to Johannesburg, before returning back to Uganda via Lusaka in Zambia.
Ugandans living in Southern Africa and wishing to return home – where a 14 day mandatory quarantaine awaits them – should contact the airline via email or through their website to make bookings, details available on the image above.

Meanwhile are neighbouring Kenya and Rwanda resuming international scheduled passenger flights on the 01st of August, joining Tanzania and South Sudan, leaving only Uganda out in the proverbial cold as the government continues to remain silent over a date when the international airport reopens again for scheduled passenger operations. Presently only cargo flights, humanitarian support missions and approved repatriation flights are available into and out of Entebbe.
