| Entries and nominations into the 2019 African Responsible Tourism Awards are now open. These leading global awards recognise achievement and innovation in responsible tourism.
This year’s awards will see a slight change in comparison to the previous two years, in that the public can now nominate tourism businesses and organisations that they feel are deserving of an award. As consumers of tourist attractions and products across the African continent, tourists have first-hand experience and knowledge of these attractions and products, hence we encourage that they nominate the products they feel are delivered to its consumers responsibly.
Winners of the African awards will be announced at a ceremony, taking at WTM Africa in Cape Town in April 2019 and will automatically gain entry into the World Responsible Tourism Awards with a similar category. |
