Dear ATCNews Readers,
WTM Africa 2022 facilitated over 7,000 pre-scheduled appointments (both online and in person) – an increase of more than 7% compared to 2019. We’re expecting our 2023 figures to be even bigger.
Among last year’s highlights we’re building on in 2023:
  • Over 6,000 visitors
  • 187 speakers at over 63 content sessions
  • Exhibitors from 20 African countries
  • Seven of nine South African provinces represented
  • Exhibitors from 12 international countries
  • 87% of buyers had never attended WTM Africa
  • New source markets such as Thailand, Japan and Malaysia represented
Since we know that doing business is the key focus of any trade event, we are building on the solid foundation of 2022 to forge even more business linkages during WTM Africa 2023, from 3–5 April 2023.
