Zimbabwe has successfully resolved its International Civil Aviation Organization Significant Safety Concern (SSC). The SSC related to the area of air navigation services (ANS).
We congratulate Director General George Mashababe, the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe, and all stakeholders who contributed who contributed to this success.
Zimbabwe’s successful resolution of its ICAO SSC is a reminder that improvements are being made, systems are being strengthened, and positive change is happening across the continent. It is an example of the African aviation safety success stories we must share with the world.
