| As we have been celebrating Zimbabwe every day for the last 25 years – against all odds – we are thrilled to have returned to Chikwenya in Mana Pools National Park, alongside local Zimbabweans including John Mapondera and Joe Wright from Capmount Lodges. With a joint vision that goes far beyond tourism, and aspires to conservation of the country’s iconic wildlife and areas of outstanding natural beauty, our elegant new camp is set in possibly the most scenic and photogenic concession in Zimbabwe, if not Africa. And of course with abundant wildlife! Designed to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Zambezi River and the Rift Valley escarpment beyond, the camp’s seven luxurious tents are all connected by wooden walkways stretching along the Sapi River frontage.
