REED EXHIBITIONS SET TO UPDATE UGANDA’S TOURISM SECTOR ON WTM AFRICA

Derek Houston, the Africa Representative of Reed Exhibitions, is set to introduce the concept of the Africa Travel Week, which includes among other components the World Travel Market Africa, held in Cape Town between 28th April and 03rd of May to Uganda’s tourism sector in a workshop next Tuesday, to be held at the Kampala Serena Hotel, starting at 09.00 hrs.
The exhibitors expect 300 hosted buyers from around the world to come to Cape Town, representing the industry heavy weights as far as travel to Africa is concerned, and Uganda as a country, as well as individual hotel and lodge companies but also safari operators do not want to be left out of this grand opportunity to showcase the attractions of The Pearl of Africa’.
Hundreds of exhibitors are expected to showcase their companies and countries during the three trade fair event, which includes the International Luxury Travel Market and IBTM Africa, besides the World Travel Market Africa.
