AviAssist Foundation: Program released – Africa’s Aviation Conference 24 & 25 November, Livingstone

Program released & Early bird deadline extended

Dear safety champion,

We are delighted to share with you the release of the program for the 5th Safety in African Aviation (SiAA) Conference.
SiAA 2016 will be held at the Protea Hotel in Livingstone, Zambia on November 24 and 25, 2016.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity and make sure to register by our extended Early Bird deadline, Saturday 8 October 2016, to benefit from the 20% Early Bird discount – after all, saving money is always trending!

This year’s conference will provide an independent forum for safety stakeholders to build partnerships, share knowledge and debate the most critical safety issue facing our industry today. Every year, the conference serves as an energizer for safety cultures around the continent. It’s Africa’s premier forum for the discussion and exchange of safety information for airlines & operators, airports, maintenance-repair-overhaul companies (MROs), civil aviation authorities, ATC, educational institutions and others.

Conference attendees will have free access to a half day pre-conference workshop on incident investigation.

This year’s conference includes sessions on:

  • Practical challenges of auditing in Africa
  • Safety performance & helicopter operations in Africa
  • Ground operations management & safety
  • Crew Resource Management (CRM)
  • Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems
  • Human Factors
  • Aircraft Dispatching
  • Airport wildlife management
  • Flight Data Management
  • And more…..
